Our mission at 1 Citizen at a Time is to help future American citizens by providing individual mentorship and guidance on the naturalization process and in-person tutoring for the U.S. citizenship interview and civics exam.

After hearing about the Change for Citizenship clothing drive at The Browning School for The Little Shop of Kindness, the 4th-grade teachers invited Chase, the founder of 1 Citizen at a Time, and his brother Ryan to speak to their class about the significance of supporting organizations such as these.
Browning Faculty Fundraiser for The Little Shop of Kindness
After being connected to the Little Shop of Kindness by Chase Kumm, The Browning School faculty members worked together to create 140 toiletry kits with uplifting notes for shoppers.

Change for Citizenship Clothing Drive and Fundraiser at The Browning School
Change for Citizenship held a clothing drive and fundraiser for The Little Shop of Kindness. The clothing drive focused on the shop’s most needed items, such as men’s fall clothing including jeans, shorts, and sweatpants.
